I have 2 moringa trees at my home. How can I make good use of these plants

I planted 10 moringa seeds November 2009 in Zambia, where I have 15 acres of virgin land. Within 6 weeks the plants were 2 foot high. I returned November 2010, and the saplings were between 5-7 foot high, with flowers plus seed pods on. As soon as it rained, they were covered in leaves.
I was told that the leaves can be cropped at 18 months, as the population are aware of the marvellous health benefits, plus I had been dispensing bags of dried moringa as a food supplement to patients at my clinic (these were on sale readily in Lusaka at street stalls as a health remedy).
We decided to crop a small amount to try it, and it was cut finely then boiled for 10 minutes in a little water and mixed with gound up groundnuts and salt (local recipe)-it was DELICIOUS!!!A very “green” flavour, fresh and tasty, you can feel it doing you good.
I also plan to dry the leaves to make them available all year round. The dried powder can be sprinkled on anything you like.
I plan to plant many more, and continue to spread the benefits!!!
